It brings together order flow and liquidity analysis, whale and exchange-flow tracking, AI-generated market context, setup identification, copy-trader analytics, and a Solana meme-coin scanner.

Common Troubleshooting
Live data or charts aren't loading
Pull down to refresh the page (mobile) or use the refresh control in the top bar. Live market data updates every 30–60 seconds; if your connection dropped, a manual refresh will re-fetch the latest.
A Pro feature shows a paywall
Pro access activates after a successful subscription. If you recently subscribed and still see the paywall, log out and back in — subscription status refreshes automatically within a few seconds.
Prices or signals look delayed
BTC Edge displays market data sourced from public exchanges and on-chain feeds. Small delays can occur during high market volatility; refresh to pull the latest snapshot.
The app feels slow or a screen is blank
Force-close and reopen the app, or clear the browser/app cache. Make sure you're on the latest version from the App Store.
Account & Login Assistance
Can't sign in? Confirm you're using the email registered to your BTC Edge account and the correct password. Use the login page's reset option if you've forgotten your password.
Subscription not reflecting? Log out and back in. If you subscribed via the App Store, restore the purchase from your account settings after signing in.
Account changes? Email us at support@btcedges.com and include the email on your account.
